Privacy Policy
iViRTH collects only data necessary for providing ViSE ecosystem services. Data is never sold to third parties. Biometric data (where collected with consent) is stored encrypted and never shared. Users may request complete data deletion at any time via sso.ivirth.com.

Data Localisation
All iViRTH data is stored on Indian servers in compliance with DPDP Act data localisation requirements. No student data leaves India. PARAM mesh enforces data residency policies at infrastructure level.
Minor Data Protection
For minors (under 18), iViRTH provides a parent/guardian dashboard with full visibility, consent management, and data deletion rights. Schools cannot process minor data without verified parental consent per DPDP Act Section 9.
Consent Architecture
Every data collection point in the iViRTH ecosystem is built with explicit consent architecture. No data is collected without clear purpose disclosure and affirmative consent — particularly critical for student data.
Data Breach Response
In the event of a data breach, iViRTH will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours as required by DPDP Act Section 8. Users receive clear communication on what data was affected.
User Rights
All users have the right to access their data, correct inaccuracies, withdraw consent, and request erasure. These rights can be exercised via your Helix ID account at sso.ivirth.com or by emailing privacy@ivirth.in.
APAAR — One Nation One Student ID
APAAR (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry) is India's national student identity system. Every iViRTH Helix ID is automatically synced with APAAR — ensuring that a student's Phygital identity is nationally recognised, portable across institutions, and integrated with the Academic Bank of Credits framework. No additional steps required — APAAR sync happens automatically at Helix ID onboarding via sso.ivirth.com.
Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing iViRTH services — including ivirth.in, sso.ivirth.com, vise.ivirth.com, ivirth.com, and ivirth.online — you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Use of Services
iViRTH services are provided for educational, institutional, and personal development purposes. Commercial use of iViRTH data, algorithms, or content without written permission is prohibited. The ViSE™ and iViRTH™ trademarks are protected under the Trade Marks Act 1999 (India).
Intellectual Property
All content on iViRTH platforms — including the ViSE framework, EKAM OS architecture, Ekam Lipi glyph system, iON Intelligence architecture — is the intellectual property of iViRTH. Reproduction without explicit written consent is prohibited. DPIIT registration confirms startup status and associated IP protections.
Limitation of Liability
iViRTH provides ViSE metrics and intelligence as informational tools for educators and institutions. ViSE scores should be used as one input among many in educational decision-making — not as the sole determinant of student ability or potential.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from iViRTH services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Contact: legal@ivirth.in
Refund Policy
Saarthi 360° Audit
The Saarthi Audit is a service engagement. No refund once the audit has commenced (Day 1 of SCAN phase). Cancellations before commencement: 100% refund within 7 business days. Cancellations within 48 hours of commencement: 50% refund.
Annual Subscription Licenses
Annual ViSE subscription licenses (Digital, Enhanced, Pro, Phygital) may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, no refund for the current subscription year. Renewal cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days before renewal date via support@ivirth.in.
SEED Fellowship Kit
The Rs 4,999 SEED Sanchalika Fellowship Kit is non-refundable once physical materials have been dispatched. Digital-only components may be refunded within 7 days if fellowship onboarding has not commenced.
Incubation Programs
Incubation subscription fees (Seed / Bloom / Root tiers) may be cancelled with 30-day notice. No refund for partial months. Infrastructure deposits are refunded within 14 business days of workspace handover.

Escalation Process
1. Submit grievance via grievance@ivirth.in with subject "Grievance: [Brief Description]"
2. You will receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours.
3. Resolution will be provided within 30 days of receipt.
4. If unsatisfied, escalate to the Data Protection Board of India (for data-related grievances).
Consumer Disputes
For consumer disputes, users may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the appropriate State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. iViRTH is registered with the Consumer Affairs Ministry under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
