The Living
Infrastructure
A Phygital space for civilization-building — where ancient commons meet digital governance, and every citizen becomes a conscious steward of the collective future.
The Great Indian Society Commons
The GISC is not a building — it is a living operating layer of the Phygital Civilization. It bridges ancestral wisdom with contemporary execution, serving as the communal heartbeat of every iViRTH node.
Governed by the High Council — comprising 7 Ancestral Seats and 3 Living Seats — the Commons orchestrates six distinct physical-digital spaces that together form the nervous system of village-to-city life.
Meet the High Council →The High Council
Ten seats. Seven ancestral. Three living. One civilizational mandate.
Parampara Codex
Drawn from the Parampara Codex — the Great Indians who are now deceased. They represent the unchanging core values, historical legacy, and timeless cultural lineage of India. Their wisdom anchors every decision made within the Commons.
- Eternal ethical compass
- Cultural heritage custodians
- Civilizational memory holders
Manthan Codex
Drawn from the Manthan Codex — the Great Indians who are still alive. They represent contemporary discourse, active innovation, and adaptive execution. Their voices ensure relevance, forward momentum, and real-time governance.
- Living policy architects
- Innovation catalysts
- Community voice amplifiers
Commons Infrastructure
Each space serves a distinct civilizational function — together they form a complete ecosystem for human flourishing.
Campus
The central Phygital learning and governance space — merging NEP 2020 standards with ancient Gurukul methodology. Home to classrooms, labs, and civic discussion halls.
Gurukul
The openGurukul layer for institutional scaling — where traditional knowledge (IKS) flows intergenerationally. Structured mentorship, apprenticeships, and living curriculum.
Farm
A living biodigital farm terminal — integrating GROW (Grow Your Own Wealth) principles. Micro-forests, sensory gardens, and IoT-monitored crop intelligence for village-to-city food sovereignty.
Park
The ecological restoration zone — green lungs of every node. Water body management (Water@4°C), native species preservation, and environmental biometric tracking for EEQ scoring.
Lab / Studio
Innovation incubator and creative production studio — where ArthAxis designs meet DoubleSlit digital systems. Rapid prototyping, research publishing, and media production.
Playground
The kinetic intelligence arena — sports, games, and experiential learning. Physical prana (CARE movement), HQI fitness metrics, and community bonding through play.
Movements Operating Within the Commons
Every Phygital Movement of iViRTH is rooted in one or more Commons spaces — giving each initiative physical ground and digital reach.

The Grameen Node Model
Each GISC instantiation begins as a Grameen Node — a compact Phygital Commons serving a village or peri-urban cluster. By Vision 2030, hundreds of Grameen Nodes will be active across India.
Each node integrates ArthAxis Saathi (physical infrastructure), a Digital Twin (DoubleSlit iON layer), and an InkLink governance module — forming a self-sustaining civilizational cell.
Commons Performance Metrics
Every GISC node is measured and governed through the HQI framework — ensuring that no dimension of human flourishing is overlooked.
Real-time IoT tracking of energy, waste, and water across every Commons space.
Alignment with Nature and Indian Knowledge Systems — measured through community practices.
Resource distribution and the "Artha" economy within the node.
Build a Node in Your Community
