Privacy Policy
This policy explains what iViRTH Pvt. Ltd. collects across ivirth.in and its connected platforms (Helix, RAW, AIM, ViSE, and The Great Indian Campus), why, and how it's protected.
1. What we collect
Contact details you submit voluntarily (name, email, phone, organization, and message) through forms on this site; identity and authentication data via Helix, our OIDC identity provider, including Netra ID biometric signatures where you opt in; and basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and abuse prevention.
2. Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, evaluate partnership or incubation applications, operate sovereign identity and single sign-on across RAW, AIM, and campus platforms, and to generate the aggregate, non-identifying telemetry that powers the ViSE Matrix (CRI, QDI, SHI, CFI, HQI indexes).
3. Biometric data & Netra ID
Where you enrol in Netra ID (eye-pattern biometric verification) through Helix, your biometric template is stored in an encrypted, field-level AES-256 sovereign silo, is never used for purposes beyond authentication, and is never sold or shared with third parties.
4. Data minimization & retention
We collect only what's needed for the stated purpose and retain contact submissions and identity records only as long as necessary to serve you or as required by law, in line with the DPDP Act 2023 and the IT Act 2000.
5. Third parties & subdomains
RAW (raw.ivirth.in) and AIM (aim.ivirth.in) are iViRTH-operated subdomains and are fully covered by this policy. The Great Indian Campus, live at ivirth.com, is a separate iViRTH-operated platform with its own privacy practices; sso.ivirth.in and other iViRTH-operated subdomains share this policy unless a platform-specific policy states otherwise. AIM agents are built with a 0% training-on-user-data guarantee — your inputs to a deployed agent are not used to train shared or third-party models.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@ivirth.in. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required under applicable Indian data protection law.
7. Security
Identity data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Contact form submissions are protected against automated abuse via CSRF tokens and honeypot fields. No system is perfectly secure, and we continuously review our safeguards.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
