Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ivirth.in and, unless superseded by a platform-specific agreement, the wider iViRTH ecosystem (RAW, AIM, Helix, ViSE, the Portfolio Codex, and The Great Indian Campus).
1. Who we are
iViRTH Pvt. Ltd. ("iViRTH", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in India (12 February 2021), headquartered in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. These terms apply to anyone accessing ivirth.in ("the Site").
2. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive scale, or submit false information through our contact or partnership forms.
3. RAW — lifetime licenses
RAW Master and Academy Spaces are sold under a one-time, lifetime-license model with zero recurring hosting fees. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the RAW platform; specific license terms, transferability, and fair-use limits are set out at the point of purchase on raw.ivirth.in.
4. AIM — AI agent deployments
AIM agents (Persona AI, Nexus AI) are deployed under a 0%-training guarantee: your data is not used to train shared or third-party models. You remain responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of content generated by agents you configure.
5. Hardware procurement
Pricing shown for the AI Smart Solar Bench and other hardware (e.g. ₹4.5L–₹6.0L per unit) is indicative and turnkey-installation quotes are confirmed per deployment via a signed order or CSR/B2G agreement, not by browsing the Site.
6. Intellectual property
iViRTH, RAW, AIM, Helix Engine, Netra ID, ViSE, The Great Indian Campus, and related marks are trademarks of iViRTH Pvt. Ltd. Frameworks catalogued in the Portfolio Codex remain open and citable under the terms stated on each publication; source code, firmware, and scoring algorithms remain proprietary unless explicitly open-sourced.
7. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is." Roadmap items (Vision 2030, 2040, 2047) describe intent and direction, not guaranteed delivery dates or outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iViRTH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
