Helix & ViSE: Use Cases, Terms of Use & Privacy Governance

Part 1 — Architecture & operational use cases

1. Helix sovereign identity use cases

• Sovereign digital twin provisioning: users register a unified, cryptographically signed digital persona that eliminates repeated KYC cycles across campus infrastructure, municipal solar benches, and spatial environments.
• Biometric zero-knowledge gateway (Netra ID): high-assurance, non-invasive eye-pattern mathematical verification replaces static passwords, physical plastic ID cards, and intrusive facial-recognition databases.
• Unified single sign-on (SSO): acts as an enterprise-grade, OpenID Connect (OIDC)-compliant identity broker across institutional portals, academic archives, and physical access turnstiles.
• Cryptographic attestation & credential vault: securely stores verifiable credentials, academic transcripts from The Great Indian Gurukul, competition achievements, and club certifications.

2. ViSE (conscious-growth telemetry) use cases

Holistic multidimensional assessment: transcends traditional, reductionist GPA/testing metrics by measuring five core vectors:

• CRI (Cosmic Resonance Index): self-directed learning, mindfulness, and reflective depth.
• QDI (Quantum Development Index): problem-solving agility and interdisciplinary cross-domain synthesis.
• SHI (Social Health Index): collaborative integrity, conflict resolution, and peer empathy.
• CFI (Carbon Footprints Index): original architectural, artistic, and conceptual output.
• HQI (Holistic Quotients Index): ethical resilience, grounding in Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), and civilizational literacy.

Dynamic curricular adaptation: institutional educators and mentors use aggregate ViSE telemetry to pinpoint burnout, cognitive stagnation, or exceptional creative strengths without imposing standardized testing stress.

3. K-12 audience & school club system use cases

• Student spaces & guild operations: K-12 students (ages 7–18) organize into interest-based clubs (Robotics, Astronomy, Vedic Mathematics, Eco-Restoration, Computational Linguistics).
• Safe club portfolios: student clubs manage collective projects with decentralized versioning, shared repositories, and shared ViSE group-synergy scoring.
• Peer-to-peer mentorship: senior learners mentor junior club inductees under double-blind or faculty-moderated identity gates, preventing targeted intimidation, social hierarchy bullying, or invasive social media dynamics.

Part 2 — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply specifically to the identity verification systems, telemetry engines, and student club platforms provided by iViRTH Pvt. Ltd.

4. Sovereign account identity & access

• Twin integrity: you agree to supply accurate, non-fraudulent biographical data when birthing a Helix Digital Twin. Synthetic identity spoofing, duplicate ghost profiles, or unauthorized attempts to generate twins for third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Sovereignty & key custody: while iViRTH provides the cryptographic engine, you are the sovereign owner of your identity profile. Loss of hardware security keys or authorized authentication devices may result in identity freezing to protect downstream credentials.

5. Netra ID biometric parameters

• Irreversible mathematical tokenization: you understand that Netra ID processes ocular vector dynamics directly into a non-reversible cryptographic hash. No raw raster images of your eye are permanently cataloged.
• Voluntary enrollment: biometric registration via Netra ID is strictly opt-in. Institutional partners must provide alternative, non-biometric OIDC authentication methods (such as FIDO2 security keys or MFA authenticators) for users who elect not to enroll biometrics.

6. Nature & non-punitive scope of ViSE telemetry

Descriptive, non-diagnostic metric: ViSE indices (CRI, QDI, SHI, CFI, HQI) are provided exclusively for diagnostic, pedagogical, and conscious-growth tracking.

Prohibition of commercial credit or punitive use. ViSE telemetry must never be used by institutions, educators, or third parties as:

• A replacement for judicial or disciplinary processes;
• A commercial or financial credit score;
• A clinical psychiatric or medical diagnosis;
• A sole determinant for academic expulsion or discriminatory streaming.

No warranty of standardized equivalence: iViRTH makes no warranty that ViSE metrics correspond directly to standardized state examinations (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, IB) or industrial recruiting thresholds.

7. Special provisions for K-12 audiences & school club systems

• Eligibility & guardianship: any user under the age of 18 ("Minor") accessing Helix or ViSE must do so under the registered supervision of an authorized parent, legal guardian, or an accredited educational institution acting in loco parentis with verified guardian consent.
• Club governance & anti-bullying protocol: clubs formed on The Great Indian Campus network must operate under the charter of an accredited school or have an assigned adult Faculty Mentor. Toxic competition, exclusionary hazing, cyberbullying, doxxing, or malicious manipulation of peer SHI (Social Harmony Index) scores is grounds for immediate club dissolution and permanent Helix identity suspension.
• Prohibition of direct commercialization: K-12 club spaces may not be leveraged for commercial brand sponsorships, multi-level marketing, cryptocurrency schemes, or unvetted commercial promotions targeting minor peers.

8. Revocation, dissolution & suspension

• Cryptographic shredding: you maintain the right to initiate the cryptographic shredding of your Helix Digital Twin at any time, terminating all active OIDC authentication tokens and unlinking stored historical ViSE points from your person.
• Administrative suspension: iViRTH reserves the right to suspend or isolate any Helix Digital Twin that transmits malware or unauthorized scrapers across the institutional network; attempts to tamper with municipal Smart Solar Bench firmware or urban sensors via unauthorized Helix identity tokens; or violates minor protection protocols in K-12 club environments.

Part 3 — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy details the privacy mechanisms governing helix.ivirth.in, mtrx.ivirth.in, and K-12 Campus Club networks, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act, India) and international juvenile online privacy safeguards.

10. Biometric vector handling protocols (Netra ID)

• Local feature vector generation: when a user presents their ocular pattern to an authorized sensor or mobile device, the biological scanning occurs within ephemeral memory (RAM). The image is converted into a one-way mathematical hash vector within milliseconds.
• Permanent destruction of image buffers: the source camera frame is purged instantly from the system buffer. It is technically impossible to reverse-engineer or reconstruct the original physical human eye from our stored mathematical template.
• Zero cross-platform federation: Netra ID templates are strictly confined to the Helix engine and are never transmitted, federated, or sold to law enforcement databases, corporate advertising networks, or third-party identity aggregators.

11. Dedicated K-12 & minor data protection framework (DPDP Act compliance)

In adherence to Section 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:

• Verifiable Parental Consent (VPC): minors under the age of 18 cannot complete Helix provisioning without verifiable consent authenticated by a parent or legal guardian via digital signature, Aadhaar-based OTP verification, or direct physical/digital enrollment through an accredited educational institution.
• Prohibition of behavioral profiling & tracking: iViRTH strictly prohibits processing personal data of minors for the purpose of tracking, behavioral monitoring, psychological vulnerability profiling, or targeted commercial advertising.
• Shielded club communications: chat channels, collaborative whiteboards, and project exchanges within K-12 clubs are isolated within school-walled gardens. Search engines cannot index student club memberships, public profiles, or student-submitted work.
• Anti-gamification safeguards: ViSE scores in K-12 club spaces are designed without dopamine-driven social media mechanics. There are no public "vanity leaderboards," streaks, or social rank-shaming modules.

12. Data sharing boundaries & disclosure restrictions

• No commercial data brokers: personal identity attributes, biometrics, and ViSE telemetry are never sold, rented, or bartered.
• School & institutional access: school administrators and verified teachers have administrative visibility over student activity, club interactions, and academic records solely for students officially enrolled in their institution.
• Statutory law enforcement exceptions: data will be disclosed only when strictly mandated by a valid judicial warrant or court order issued by a competent court of law within the Republic of India, handled directly by the TriNetra Council Legal Directorate.

13. Guardian rights & Data Principal control

Parents, legal guardians, and adult Data Principals have enforceable rights regarding all personal data:

• Right to comprehensive audit: a parent or guardian may request a full export of all data, club interactions, and ViSE scores tied to their minor's Helix Digital Twin.
• Right to rectification: users can correct inaccurate biographical information or institutional affiliations at any time through the Helix portal.
• Right to revoke & shred: guardians or adult users may revoke consent at any moment. Upon receiving a revocation notice, the Helix Digital Twin is decoupled from all campus applications, the Netra ID biometric template is deleted from the HSM, and all associated historical ViSE logs are stripped of personal identifiers, remaining solely as anonymized research telemetry in the Portfolio Codex.
