Research, Copyrights & Publications Policy
This Policy governs all scientific, philosophical, mathematical, architectural, and empirical research, publications, and intellectual output produced by, hosted on, or derived from the iViRTH ecosystem — including the Portfolio Codex and the dedicated research domains MNDL, Helix, MTRX, and ivirth.online.
1. Scope & purpose
This Policy governs all scientific, philosophical, mathematical, architectural, and empirical research, publications, and intellectual output produced by, hosted on, or derived from the iViRTH ecosystem. It establishes terms for accessing the Portfolio Codex, utilizing academic data from physical nodes, referencing sovereign frameworks, and interacting with dedicated research domains including MNDL (mndl.ivirth.in), Helix (helix.ivirth.in), MTRX (mtrx.ivirth.in), and ivirth.online.
2. Proprietary intellectual property & architectural substrates
Unless explicitly marked as Open-Access, all assets across the iViRTH ecosystem are the exclusive intellectual property of iViRTH Pvt. Ltd. under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), the Patents Act, 1970, and international intellectual property treaties.
A. Protected core technologies
- Operating systems & compilers: source code, schematics, system topologies, and kernel architectures of PARAM OS, the DoubleSlit edge-AI execution layer, and the InkLink synchronization protocol.
- Hardware engineering schematics: blueprint specifications, embedded firmware, modular casing CAD files, and power routing topologies of the InfiniOX AI Smart Solar Bench and rural Grameen nodes.
- Telemetry & biometric algorithms: the mathematical formulations comprising Netra ID eye-pattern vectorization and the multi-dimensional scoring matrices powering ViSE and MTRX.
3. The Portfolio Codex: open access & citation governance
iViRTH publishes foundational philosophical treatises, architectural blueprints, and societal frameworks within the Portfolio Codex to establish sovereign benchmarks for the Phygital Civilization.
A. Citable philosophical & operational frameworks
The following named frameworks are citable under the terms set forth herein: SHOONYA → EKAM → SHOONYAM, ArthAxis, DoubleSlit, InkLink, OuroBoros, PARAM OS, Vision 2030 / 2040 / 2047, and The Great Indian Campus (TGIC) Philosophical Blueprint.
B. Academic Citation License (iViRTH-ACL v1.0)
Non-commercial researchers, universities, academic institutions, and independent scholars are granted a worldwide, royalty-free license to quote, reference, and synthesize concepts from the Portfolio Codex, subject to mandatory attribution:
- Mandatory attribution string: citations in theses, whitepapers, monographs, or conference proceedings must state: [Framework Name], The Portfolio Codex, iViRTH Sovereign Deeptech R&D&I Lab (Aligarh, India), [Year/Access Date], URL: ivirth.in/portfolio.php.
- Integrity of core premises: core ontological definitions (such as Shoonya, Ekam, and the foundational tenets of Vision 2047) must not be altered, synthetically truncated, or misrepresented in a manner that inverses their published definitions.
- Commercial derivative works: frameworks within the Portfolio Codex cannot be commercialized, repackaged into proprietary corporate consulting methodologies, or privatized without an explicit bilateral licensing agreement executed by iViRTH Pvt. Ltd.
4. Domain-specific research & publishing policies
A. MNDL (mndl.ivirth.in) — computational knowledge & geometries
- Repository nature: mndl.ivirth.in hosts advanced computational models, geometric algorithms, structural schematics, and cross-disciplinary deeptech research.
- Code & algorithm use: algorithmic proofs, pseudocode, and mathematical definitions published on mndl.ivirth.in are for peer validation and academic verification only. Compiling, distributing, or implementing these algorithms in closed-source commercial applications requires an enterprise source-code license.
- Data reproducibility: empirical researchers seeking access to underlying raw research runs hosted on MNDL must submit a formal Institutional Research Request endorsed by an accredited university department.
B. Helix Identity Engine (helix.ivirth.in) — sovereign identity research
- Ethical boundary in identity research: Helix serves as an OIDC-compliant digital twin layer. Academic research involving Helix APIs must respect identity sovereignty.
- Prohibition of biometric extraction: any attempt to reverse engineer, de-hash, reconstruct, or train adversarial models against Netra ID eye-pattern biometric vectors via helix.ivirth.in is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of national cybersecurity regulations.
- Identity telemetry research: anonymized identity transit protocols may be evaluated for cryptographic security, provided vulnerability reports are submitted privately to security@ivirth.in under our Responsible Disclosure Program.
C. MTRX (mtrx.ivirth.in) — identity, growth & telemetry studio
- ViSE telemetry citations: researchers studying conscious-growth indices — CRI, QDI, SHI, CFI, and HQI — may cite aggregated benchmarks published on MTRX.
- Enterprise brand IP: identity and growth systems deployed for institutional brands on mtrx.ivirth.in constitute proprietary work product and may not be reproduced as case studies without joint written consent from both iViRTH and the client institution.
D. ivirth.online & unified portals
Educational repositories, dynamic digital publications, and public research dispatches hosted across ivirth.online and ivirth.com are protected by automated anti-scraping controls. Automated data mining or indiscriminate LLM scraping of these domains without cryptographic permission tokens is prohibited.
5. Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) & epistemic sovereignty
Through The Great Indian Gurukul and our continuous research into civilizational deeptech, iViRTH synthesizes classical Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) with modern physics, computation, and materials science.
- Non-extractive research: traditional philosophical models, indigenous mathematical roots, and civilizational concepts systematized by iViRTH are treated as sovereign intellectual legacy. We oppose epistemic extraction and biopiracy.
- Culturally sensitive usage: third-party researchers analyzing IKS frameworks published by iViRTH must preserve cultural and ontological context. Weaponized, derogatory, or deliberately distorted analyses designed to divest traditional knowledge of its philosophical origin violate this publication agreement.
6. Physical infrastructure research & empirical datasets
iViRTH generates significant empirical physical data via its AI Smart Solar Benches, campus microgrids, and urban IoT nodes (including the pilot deployment at FOAP–AKTU, Lucknow).
- Aggregated civic & environmental telemetry: datasets reflecting carbon offset figures (~0.6T CO₂/yr offset metrics), clean solar harvesting telemetry (600W curves), and ambient air-quality indexes may be accessed for environmental and municipal studies via official research grants.
- Edge sensor constraints: researchers permitted to analyze footfall, micro-climate, or urban transit metrics generated by the DoubleSlit edge layer must maintain absolute confidentiality regarding localized node keys. Attempting to deanonymize public participants who charge devices or connect to public Wi-Fi on municipal solar benches is grounds for legal action under the DPDP Act, 2023.
7. Contributor submissions, peer review & academic rights
When researchers, guest fellows, or institutional faculty submit research papers, codex contributions, or validation reports to iViRTH publication desks:
- Non-exclusive distribution license: the author retains moral ownership of their original manuscript while granting iViRTH Pvt. Ltd. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, archive, translate, index, and distribute the work via the Portfolio Codex, mndl.ivirth.in, and affiliated channels.
- Originality & plagiarism warranty: contributors warrant that submitted manuscripts are original, do not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property, and contain verified empirical data free from falsification or uncredited synthetic generation.
- Double-blind peer review: submissions undergo rigorous structural review overseen by the TriNetra Council. The Council retains sole discretion to accept, mandate structural revisions to, or decline candidate frameworks.
8. Infringement, notice and takedown, & TriNetra governance
A. Notice and takedown procedure
If an entity believes that any research paper, framework document, schematic, or asset hosted across ivirth.in, mndl.ivirth.in, or ivirth.online infringes upon their copyright, a formal infringement notice must be served containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Exact URL/location of the allegedly infringing material within the iViRTH ecosystem.
- Legal proof of ownership or authorization from the copyright holder.
- Contact details of the complainant (full legal name, physical address, email, telephone).
- A signed declaration confirming that the claim is brought in good faith under penalty of perjury.
Notices must be transmitted directly to legal@ivirth.in.
B. The TriNetra Council arbitration
- Any academic, intellectual, or authorship disputes arising within the ecosystem, including priority claims over citable frameworks or research lineage disputes, will first be submitted to the TriNetra Council for internal peer evaluation and academic arbitration prior to initiating civil litigation.
- The findings of the TriNetra Council shall serve as an authoritative expert determination of technical novelty and authorship lineage.
9. Legal jurisdiction
This Policy, its construction, and any enforcement actions or claims arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to the arbitration protocols established by iViRTH Pvt. Ltd., the competent civil courts located in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India shall retain exclusive territorial jurisdiction over any copyright infringement or breach of research licensing terms.
