Acceptable use policy
How to use this website responsibly, including how to report a security issue.
1. Purpose
This policy sets out what is and is not acceptable when you use ivirth.in. It supports the terms of use. We want the website to be open, accurate and safe for visitors and for the organisations that rely on it.
2. Welcome uses
- Reading, linking to and sharing pages; printing or saving pages for internal evaluation.
- Submitting genuine enquiries and pilot requests.
- Indexing and summarising public pages by search engines and AI assistants in line with robots.txt and llms.txt, with attribution and without misstating product status.
- Reporting security issues responsibly (section 5).
3. What you must not do
- Break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual-property rights.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting, our email or any related system; probe, scan or test their vulnerabilities without our written permission; or bypass security controls.
- Disrupt the website, for example by denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests or scraping that ignores robots.txt or degrades service.
- Upload or send malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory or harassing.
- Submit false, spam, automated or bulk enquiries, or use the forms to send advertising.
- Submit other people's personal data without authority, or the personal data of children.
- Impersonate iViRTH, its staff or partners, or imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
- Copy our logos, recognition marks, photographs, renders or videos in a way that suggests a concept is a deployed product, or that removes status labels and captions.
- Use the website to train competing products on non-public material, or to build a service that misrepresents iViRTH's capabilities.
4. Accurate representation of our products
Our pages separate what is deployed from what is a prototype, in development or a concept. When you quote, summarise or compare our products, please keep that distinction. For example, the Smart Solar Bench V1.0 Base is pilot deployed, and edge AI is not installed in V1.0. Presenting a concept render as an installed unit is a breach of this policy.
5. Responsible disclosure of security issues
If you find a vulnerability, please tell us at hello@ivirth.in (see security.txt) before telling anyone else. Give enough detail to reproduce it. If you act in good faith, avoid privacy violations, data destruction and service disruption, do not access more data than needed to show the issue, and give us reasonable time to fix it, we will not pursue legal action over your research and will credit you if you wish. We do not currently run a paid bounty programme.
6. Enforcement
We may block access, remove content, preserve evidence, and report unlawful conduct to the authorities, including CERT-In where required. Questions about this policy: hello@ivirth.in.
