Product status and information disclaimer
How to read our status labels, images, sample data and claims, so that concepts are never mistaken for deployed products.
1. Product status labels
Every product, capability and image on this site carries a status. These labels have fixed meanings:
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pilot deployed | Installed at a pilot site. The exact variant and what is operating are stated. It does not mean every planned capability is operational. |
| Prototype | A working prototype exists; it is not a production deployment. |
| In development | Active engineering work; not available as a proven product. |
| Concept | A proposed direction only. No working unit is implied. |
| Available for deployment | Used only when delivery, supply and support arrangements are confirmed. |
| To be confirmed | A value or fact that is being verified against records and is not yet published as fact. |
| Not deployed | Explicitly not installed or operating, so nobody assumes otherwise. |
2. What is deployed today
The Smart Solar Bench V1.0 Base is pilot deployed. Edge AI, computer vision and on-device AI analytics are not installed in V1.0. They are research or future-variant capabilities until installed and validated. Helix, ViSE and MTRX are described by what is actually implemented in each deployment. See the pilot case study.
3. Images, videos and dashboards
- Photographs marked as such show the pilot site. Some videos are a slow pan over a photograph.
- Concept renders, illustrations and illustrative visualisations show design intent. Items shown are not delivered units, and artwork (for example robotics or totem illustrations) implies no working product.
- Sample dashboards and demo values are illustrative and clearly labelled. They are not live telemetry. Live values, where shown, name the source device and timestamp.
4. Performance, savings and approvals
Solar ratings, battery capacity, charging output, connectivity, uptime, energy and carbon savings, return on investment, delivery timelines and prices depend on configuration, site, season, usage and maintenance. Any figure we publish states its source, method, assumptions and time period. Estimates are not guarantees. Installation approvals depend on the site and jurisdiction, and we do not give blanket statements such as "no approvals needed".
5. Standards, certifications and recognition
We design with reference to emerging digital-twin and interoperability standards, but we do not claim certification or compliance with any standard unless we say so and can evidence it. The recognition logos (Startup India, DPIIT, Ministry of MSME, Digital India, Start in UP) indicate recognition or registration under those programmes; they are not an endorsement of any product, and each links to the official portal. Partner and institution names appear only with permission.
6. Research, vision and forward-looking statements
Content on DoubleSlit, YNTR, future variants and the long-term vision (including multi-year roadmaps) describes direction and research interests, not commitments, deliverables or dates. Where we say a capability "can support" or is "designed to support" something, it is a design intent that is confirmed per project.
7. No professional advice
The website is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial, safety, regulatory or procurement advice. Obtain independent advice before relying on it for a decision, and use a written proposal for any commitment.
8. Accuracy and corrections
We review pages against product records, but errors can occur. If you see a statement that looks inaccurate or overstated, tell us at hello@ivirth.in and we will check and correct it.
