iViRTHRequest a Pilot

Government & cities

Public seating, amenities and place-based digital twins, designed around local requirements, evidence from pilots and the approvals each site needs.

Installation approvals depend on the site and jurisdiction. We assess requirements for each proposed location rather than assume a blanket exemption.

A pilot approach suited to public bodies

Evidence first, scale second.

  1. Site and approvals review

Location, ownership, utilities and the permissions needed.

  2. Scoped pilot

A single location or small cluster with defined measures.

  3. Evidence report

Findings, limitations and recommendations for next steps.

From connected assets to connected places

Cities contain thousands of systems. A twin-based layer can link them. Domains a project can cover, scoped per site:

Infrastructure

Public furniture, solar nodes, transit, EV infrastructure, buildings.

Environment

Air quality, temperature, noise, energy, carbon, where instrumented.

Mobility

Footfall, transit and movement, as aggregate measures.

Public space

Utilisation and engagement; safety information points.

Operations

Maintenance, alerts and asset health.

  1. City
  2. District
  3. Street
  4. Building
  5. Asset
  6. Sensor
  7. Telemetry
  8. Insight

This urban-twin hierarchy is a design model. Only the Smart Solar Bench V1.0 Base is pilot deployed today.

What public bodies get

Six outcomes a pilot is designed to evidence.

Visibility

Know what exists.

Accountability

Know what is happening.

Efficiency

Understand utilisation.

Prediction

Anticipate failures, where analytics are implemented.

Sustainability

Measure impact with a documented method.

Experience

Create better public services and amenities.

Direction

Tourism and heritage destinations

A destination is people, history, places, stories, assets, events and culture. A twin can connect them. This is a design direction for pilots with destination authorities.

  1. Discover
  2. Arrive
  3. Explore a trail
  4. Interact (QR, NFC, nodes)
  5. Learn
  6. Complete challenges
  7. Earn badges and points
  8. Redeem with partners
  9. Share a record

Destination twin

Map the destination and its places.

Heritage twins

Represent structures, artefacts, stories, archives, images, 3D assets and oral histories.

Visitor twin

A personalised, consent-based digital journey and experience record.

Rewards and local commerce

Badges, certificates, points and vouchers with participating businesses.

Tourism and heritage experiences are a concept and pilot direction. They are not described as deployed, and any visitor data use is defined with consent, retention and deletion up front.

What to bring to a first conversation

A short list helps us scope the site assessment.

  • The location, ownership and intended use of the site.
  • Existing utilities, connectivity and any safety or heritage constraints.
  • The permissions and approvals your jurisdiction requires.
  • The measures that would count as a successful pilot.

Installation approvals depend on the site and jurisdiction. We assess requirements for each location and never assume a blanket exemption.

Government questions

Do you replace existing street furniture?

Not by default. Each proposal states what is installed, where, and under which approval.

Is this available as a procurement item today?

The Smart Solar Bench V1.0 Base is pilot deployed. Availability for deployment is stated only when delivery, supply and support are confirmed.

How is citizen data handled?

Data use is defined per use case, with consent, retention and deletion stated. See the privacy notice.
