Accessibility statement
What we do to make this site usable by everyone, what still needs work, and how to tell us.
1. Our commitment
We want everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to read about iViRTH and contact us. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and take guidance from the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW 3.0). This is a target, not a certification: we have not yet had the site independently audited.
2. What we have built in
- A skip-to-content link and a logical heading order on every page.
- Full keyboard navigation of menus, tabs, filters, accordions and forms, with visible focus indicators.
- Labelled form fields, clear error handling and a consent checkbox that states its purpose.
- Descriptive text alternatives for photographs, renders and illustrations; decorative visuals are hidden from assistive technology.
- Responsive layouts from 320 px up, text that scales with browser settings, and no horizontal scrolling at normal zoom.
- Short, silent illustrative videos that load only when needed, pause when off screen, have a play/pause button, and respect the "reduce motion" setting.
- Colour pairs chosen for contrast, and status shown with a text label as well as colour.
- No auto-playing audio, no flashing content and no time limits.
3. Known limitations
- Some concept renders and annotated diagrams contain text inside the image; we describe them in alt text but they may not fully replace the original text.
- Illustrative videos are not captioned because they contain no speech.
- The enquiry form opens your email application rather than submitting on the page; if that does not work for you, email hello@ivirth.in directly.
- We have not run an independent accessibility audit yet. We plan one and will publish the outcome.
4. Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site is hard to use, email hello@ivirth.in with the page address, what happened and the assistive technology you use. We will reply and aim to fix confirmed issues promptly. We can provide information in another format on request, for example plain text or a call.
5. Legal framework
We recognise the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and the principle of equal access to digital services. This statement was prepared on 12 October 2026 and will be reviewed at least once a year.
