Terms of use
The rules for using this website, and what the information on it does and does not commit us to.
1. Agreement and acceptance
These terms govern your access to and use of ivirth.in (the "website"), operated by iViRTH ("iViRTH", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms, the privacy notice, the acceptable use policy and the product status and information disclaimer. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. About the website
The website explains iViRTH's digital-twin platform (Helix, ViSE and MTRX), its Living Nodes infrastructure (led by the Smart Solar Bench V1.0 Base, which is pilot deployed) and its research (DoubleSlit and YNTR). It is provided for general information and to let you start an enquiry. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a tender response or a binding specification.
3. Product status, specifications and pricing
Every capability is described with a status label such as Pilot deployed, Prototype, In development, Concept or Available for deployment. Only items labelled as deployed or available are claimed to exist in that form, and even then only as described on the page. Images marked as concept renders, illustrations or illustrative visualisations show design intent, not delivered units. Sample dashboards are labelled as sample data. Specifications, ratings, features, delivery timelines, approvals and prices depend on the configuration and the site and are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement. See the disclaimer.
4. Enquiries, pilots and contracts
Sending an enquiry or pilot request does not create a contract, an exclusivity, an obligation to proceed, or a duty of confidentiality. Any pilot, installation, licence or service is provided only under a signed proposal or agreement that sets out scope, price, responsibilities, site and approval requirements, data protection terms, warranties, support and liability. If that document conflicts with these terms, it prevails for that engagement. Site approvals, permissions and utilities for an installation remain subject to the site and jurisdiction; we do not assume blanket exemptions.
5. Intellectual property
The website's text, graphics, photographs, renders, illustrations, videos, layout, software and code, and the names iViRTH, Helix, ViSE, MTRX, Living Nodes, DoubleSlit, YNTR, Publika and other product and brand names, belong to iViRTH or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any right or grants a licence except as stated here.
The Startup India, DPIIT, Ministry of MSME, Digital India and Start in UP logos, and any partner or institution logos, belong to their owners and appear only to show recognition or association. Their display is not an endorsement of any iViRTH product by those bodies.
6. What you may do with the content
You may view the website, print or save pages for your own or your organisation's internal evaluation, link to any page, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the source, provided you keep status labels and captions intact so that concepts are not presented as deployed products. You may not copy, republish, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from the content, or remove notices, without our written permission. Search and AI assistants may index and summarise public pages in line with robots.txt and llms.txt.
7. Acceptable use
You must use the website lawfully and in line with the acceptable use policy. In particular, do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt or overload the website, submit false or automated enquiries, or misrepresent your relationship with iViRTH.
8. What you send us
You are responsible for what you submit and confirm that you have the right to share it, including any personal data of other people. Do not send confidential, secret or sensitive personal information through the form or by first email; if you need a confidentiality agreement before sharing details, ask us for one first. You grant iViRTH a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use what you send to respond to you, assess your project and improve our offerings. Feedback and ideas you volunteer may be used without obligation to you, but we will not publish your name or organisation without permission.
9. Third-party and related sites
The website links to other websites, including ivirth.com and ivirth.online, government portals and other third parties. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it. Related properties may have their own terms.
10. Availability and changes
We try to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that it is free of errors. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website or these terms at any time. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached or the website is at risk.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement. Nothing on the website is professional, engineering, legal, financial or regulatory advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, iViRTH, its directors, employees and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on its content. Because the website is free to use, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid us for access, which is nil, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct. Liability under a project agreement is governed by that agreement.
13. Indemnity
You will compensate iViRTH for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy, or from content you submit that infringes rights or breaks the law, except to the extent caused by us.
14. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in the privacy notice, the cookie notice and, for children, the children and minors policy. You can exercise your rights through data rights and grievances.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We first try to resolve any dispute in good faith: write to us at hello@ivirth.in with the details and allow 30 days for a response. If that fails, the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in a signed agreement.
16. General
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours to a successor. These terms, with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement about your use of the website. Notices to us go to hello@ivirth.in; we may give notice to you by posting on the website or to the email address you provided.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version and date at the top show the current text. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@ivirth.in. Legal entity name and registered office: To be confirmed.
