Glossary
One approved meaning for each term used across the iViRTH site, so definitions never drift.
- Asset Twin
- A digital representation of a physical or logical asset.
- Available for deployment
- Used only when delivery, supply and support arrangements are confirmed.
- Concept
- A proposed direction only; no implication that a working unit exists.
- Data Fiduciary
- Under India's DPDP Act, the organisation that decides why and how personal data is processed.
- Data Processor
- An organisation that processes personal data on behalf of a Data Fiduciary.
- Digital twin
- A persistent digital representation that stays linked to its real-world counterpart and carries identity, location, state, history and relationships; more than a 3D model.
- DoubleSlit
- Technical R&D and engineering brand across AI/ML, IoT, robotics, edge computing and deep tech.
- Edge AI
- Models running on or near the device. Not installed in the Smart Solar Bench V1.0.
- Experience Twin
- A digital representation of an experience or journey, where the product architecture supports it.
- Helix
- The canonical identity and digital-twin layer. Owns Human, Asset, Place and Experience Twins, identity and twin lifecycle, credentials, permissions and relationships.
- Human Twin
- A digital representation related to a human. Scope and data use are described precisely per use case.
- Illustrative data
- Sample or simulated values that must not be represented as live telemetry.
- In development
- Active engineering work; not available as a proven product.
- iViRTH
- Parent R&D; the organisation and overall ecosystem.
- Living Nodes
- The family of physical devices and infrastructure. Product maturity and installed features are variant-specific.
- MTRX
- The integrated experience combining Helix identity and twins with ViSE measurement and growth. Not a third engine.
- Phygital
- Physical and digital working as one system.
- Pilot deployed
- A version has been installed at a pilot site; not a blanket claim that every planned capability is operational.
- Place Twin
- A digital representation of a location, site or environment.
- Prototype
- A working prototype exists; not represented as a production deployment.
- Publika
- The research archive and publication layer.
- Smart Solar Bench
- A solar-powered public seating platform with digital amenities. V1.0 Base is pilot deployed; edge AI is not installed in V1.0.
- Twin graph
- The set of relationships, events, history and dependencies that connect twins.
- ViSE
- The measurement and growth engine within MTRX: metrics, analytics calculations, progress tracking and reporting.
- YNTR
- AI model, inference and agentic research under DoubleSlit.
